DevOps Engineer

Urgent opening for *Senior DevOps Engineer * to join a startup's core team. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing robust configuration and release strategies for our diverse portfolio of web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless, high-quality, and frequent deployments. Collaborate with Java, AI-Python, Web, and Mobile development teams to define release readiness criteria and improve release predictability and velocity.

Ideal candidates should be self-motivated learners, able to independently build, maintain and extend DevOps related stack. A cool, passionate attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high- expectation environment are essential to meet market demands. Startup adaptive is an added advantage.

Development Experience:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Release Engineering, or SRE role

Qualification:

MCA/MTech/BE/BTech/PhD

Required Skillset:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Release Engineering, or SRE role.
• Strong practical experience in both Java and Python development environments and tooling.
• Proven expertise in Configuration Management principles and tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or deep custom scripting for config management).
• In-depth experience managing end-to-end Release Management for multi-platform (web and mobile) applications.
• Expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) for complex build/deploy flows.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and repository management.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions.
